3. Account Currency and Deposits

4. Withdrawals

At FrostyBet, withdrawals are processed exclusively via cryptocurrency — card withdrawals are not available. We process cashout requests within 3 to 5 business days. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 GBP on every method.
The maximum per withdrawal is 500 GBP.
We apply a daily withdrawal limit of 5,000 EUR and a monthly calendar limit of 25,000 EUR.
Winnings exceeding 30,000 EUR will be paid out in monthly instalments.
A player who has made only one deposit may cash out a maximum of 15 times that deposit amount.
All deposits must be wagered at least 3 times, or staked in full on sports at minimum odds of 1.50, before a withdrawal can be requested.
Withdrawing unplayed funds may incur a fee of up to 10% of the deposit amount.
If any account limit is active, withdrawals are capped at 10% of the withdrawable balance per month.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Casino Bonus

Our welcome casino bonus grants new players a 250% match up to 10,000 GBP on their first deposit, with a minimum qualifying deposit of 20 GBP. This offer is available to new players only and can be claimed once per player. Wagering is set at 45x the combined deposit and bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days. The minimum bet while a bonus is active is 0.50 GBP and the maximum is 5 GBP. Contribution rates apply as follows: slots 100%, virtual games 50%, lucky games 50%, and table games 20%. Live Casino games do not contribute toward bonus wagering. For bonuses of 200% or more, winnings are capped at 3x the deposit amount.

5.2 Sports Betting Bonuses

Free bets are valid for 7 days and pay a maximum of 100 GBP or 3x the free bet value. Only bets on football, basketball, ice hockey, and tennis contribute toward releasing a sports bonus. The maximum stake while a sports bonus is active equals the deposit amount.
